REGULATIONS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. DEFINITIONS

Shop - MARLU online store available at: www.marlu.pl,

Butik - Marlu Boutique located at: ul. Żurawia 1a / Plac Trzech Krzyży 7, 00-503 Warsaw.

Marlu - the entity managing and running the Store, which is Marlu sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-413) at ul. Ludna 9, entered in the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000608287; REGON: 363999198; NIP: 7010559706.

Program - loyalty program, the principles of which are described in these Regulations.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions - this document with all attachments and additions that form an integral part of it.

Buyer - anyone who purchases Products through the Store or Boutique.

Product - a moveable item available in the Store or in the Boutique, which is the subject of a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller,

User - any person who uses the Store, in particular to familiarise themselves with its offer or purchase Products.

  1. General provisions

1. The organiser of the Program is Marlu, the legal basis of the Program are the provisions of art. 919-921 of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (consolidated text. Dz. U. of 2016, item 380, as amended).

2. The addressee of the Program are all customers, provided that you set up an individual customer account within the Store.

5. Individual Customer Account is a software in which the Customer can obtain information on the history and details of orders, bills, notifications and loyalty points and can also submit an instruction regarding the purpose of the acquired loyalty points.

II Participation in the program

1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not require payment of any fees.

2. The Client of the Program may be any entity with legal capacity and at least limited legal capacity that has created an individual Customer account.

3. The entity that is not a Customer obtains the status of a Program Customer by accepting the Regulations when registering a Customer Account, which means joining the Program at the same time.

4. The customer is obliged to provide true identification data. The customer is fully responsible for providing incorrect identification data, in particular related to the inability to exchange the awarded points for a discount for further purchases.

5. The customer has the ability to view and change their data through their customer account.

III Rules for awarding prizes and confirmation of their receipt

1. For each 10zlotys spent in the Store or boutique, the Customer will receive 1 loyalty point.If you spend less than PLN 10points are not awarded. Similarly, points are not awarded for part of the amount spent less than PLN 10, e.g. for the purchase of Products for PLN 499, 49 points will be awarded for PLN 490 and for the remaining PLN 9 no points will be awarded. Points from one order can also not be added with points from another order to obtain an amount higher than PLN 10.

2. The collected points can be exchanged for a discount coupon to be used as a "payment method" to cover part of the cost of the order placed in the store, excluding shipping costs, or to cover part of the costs of the purchase made in the boutique, except that in the latter case, the boutique service will introduce an order for products purchased in the boutique on the individual customer account to include them within the store.

3. There are versions of discount coupons available:

1. 50 PLN for 50 points

2. 100 PLN for 100 points

3. 200 PLN for 200 points

4. The use of a discount coupon is not combined with other promotional offers.

5. After applying the discount available to the customer, the value of the goods in the order must be higher than zero zlotys.

6. Marlu does not provide for the possibility of exchanging the collected Loyalty Program points for cash remuneration.

7. The ordered individual discount coupon code will be sent to the customer's registered email address within 2 business days.

IV Final Provisions

1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint related to participation in the Program. The complaint should be sent to butik@marlu.pl. Marlu is obliged to respond to the received complaint within 14 working days from the date of its receipt.

2 The administrator of the personal data set of customers participating in the Program is Marlu.

3. Marlu has the right to terminate the Program at any time, by posting on its website. The announcement will specify the end date of the Program, not less than 14 days.

4. The Regulations do not exclude any provisions of other Regulations or Agreements concluded by the Customer with Marlu.

5. The Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by posting on the Marlu website.
